Midlands team members performed very well at the ITFNZ National Tournament in Christchurch during the weekend. Of special note 3 team members won best overall belt awards: Christine Young (Adult Female Black Belt) , Charlotte Blair (Adult Green Belt) , Tom Morrison (Jr Green Belt). The Midlands Male Team also placed second overall. Shane Black received Golds in Sparring, Junior Power and Specialty.
