Midlands Grading – Cambridge

The first Grading of the year is being held in Cambridge On Saturday 17th April at the Cambridge Dojang.

Grading starts at 9:00am, Grading students should be there at least 30min before the start of the grading (8:30)

Congratulations to Master James Rimmer (VII dan) and Grant Eccles (V dan) who graded on the weekend in front of three international Grand masters (9th dan); Grand Master Hector Marano, Grand Master Pablo Trajtenberg and Grand Master Wim Bos.

Mary Grades to 1st Dan

Congratulations to Mary Daborn on her successful grading from 1st Gup to 1st Dan. The grading was held near Waiuku on the 12th to 13th of December 09. A few Hamilton club members went along to support on sunday afternoon and were delighted with Mary’s performance. 8 years of hard training and a couple of kids later, she has really earned her 1st Dan.
